COSTS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT. The cost of shipment will be calculated after we receive your request for quotation. Availability of products, costs of shipment and conditions of payment will be indicated to you by e-mail in order to complete the transaction. The request for quotation doesn’t oblige to buy and is free of charge.

The shipment, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by our carriers or other authorized carriers. Delivery time from 3 to 5 days working days counting from the date of order, is purely indicative, it may varies due to vis major, traffic conditions and viability or because of authorities’ acts. Delivery will made during the office hours: from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30 every working day from Monday to Friday. Processing time from our warehouse is about 3 to 5 working days and delivery time has to be added.

Prices

All the prices indicated on our web site are net of VAT.

Right of withdrawal.

Our customers has a right of withdrawal as stated at Decree - Law N°185/99 of 22 May 1999, implemented by CEE Directive 97/07.
You may return goods within 10 days from its receipt after sending an email or fax at +390957233119 with the reason of withdrawal.

Payments

Conditions of payments will be indicated in the quotation.

The goods will be delivered after receipt of payment and is subject to stock availability.
